Terms of Service

LaunchGuide provides a one-time cloud hosting setup guide. Thirty days of human expert chat is an optional paid add-on. If you purchase expert chat, a 7-day grace period applies only after that purchased support window ends. We do not guarantee future policies or availability of third-party hosting, code hosting, database, or search providers.

The step-by-step guide reflects the edition active when you pay. Your access is tied to that edition for your guide period. If hosting policies change materially, we may publish a new edition offered as an optional paid upgrade ($19.99, same as renewal). Active users upgrade from the dashboard; expired users must renew the guide ($19.99) and receive the latest edition on renewal. Minor corrections within an edition may be applied without a version change.

The service does not include debugging your application code, integrations beyond the setup guide, or ongoing liability for third-party provider changes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
