Refund Policy

The setup guide and expert chat are billed separately, each with its own 7-day refund window.

Guide ($39.99, or $19.99 renewal): Full refund within 7 days of the guide payment if you have not acknowledged and opened the setup guide.

Expert chat ($29.99 per purchase): Full refund within 7 days of that support payment if you have not acknowledged expert chat or sent any chat messages for that purchase.

Edition upgrade ($19.99): Full refund within 7 days of that upgrade payment if you have not acknowledged and opened the new guide edition.

Each support purchase or extension has its own 7-day window starting at that payment time. Contact support to request a refund. After 7 days or once you have started using the relevant service, refunds are not available.
